Hi, I’m Alessandra - a therapist offering online counselling from Gorton, Manchester.
I work with people who often seem like they’ve got it together on the outside but inside they’re running empty. Many of my clients come to me feeling like they should be coping but beneath the surface they’re struggling to make sense of how they feel.
My approach isn’t about “fixing” you or offering quick solutions. Instead I help you make sense of what’s going on to make things feel more manageable through building your understanding, awareness, and use of practical coping strategies where appropriate.
By the end of therapy, my hope is that you’ll feel more in control like you’re back in the drivers seat, choosing where to go next instead of being pulled off course by anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt.

When I’m not immersed in my work you can usually find me reading psychological thriller and crime mystery books.
I love engaging in various TV Shows and playing my cosy games on my game consoles and PC.
 
Providing you with flexible therapy options that suits you
I offer ongoing therapy at £40 per session.
I offer single-session therapy / one off sessions at £45.
